Short synopsis:

In today's Montreal, the devil, through small seduction maneuvers, takes liberties on death. A brave trumpeter, in love with a damned soul, must fight it.

Statement of intent :

The material of the film is almost all fantastic: a fantastic Quebec derived from nineteenth century tales. As the story unfolds in Montreal today, it gives a somewhat anachronistic result, but to support my approach, I quote Victor-Lévy Beaulieu: "in the world of tales, there is no of the present: even by definition, the tale is something of the past and which resurrects only in the privileged moment of language. "In our case, the language is filmic and it is with its grammar that, in a contemporary reality, rich in the cultural diversity of Greater Montreal, we lived the tale.
