PEP TOSAR

La casa en obres

Normally doing home remodeling is tedious and can push the little tensions and differences to the point of melt-downs and short-circuits. However, in the world of artistic creation, home remodeling should be regular point of return, be what it may be in the specific artistic discipline. Without finding oneself facing a blank page or canvas or stone or metal to sculpt, like one's own mind, nothing has any sense. Pep Tosar has written a work about the life of writer Blai Bonet and is directing it at the Barcelona’s Círcol Maldà, for which the divine public hope will be held for some time close to his breast. An intense life in the rolling convulsing end of the 20th century, just as in his poetry he sought transcendence in life as well. Blai Bonet defined himself as a house in the midst of remodeling, and living as a form of interchange.
